In the [[M41]] they were undergoing a hundred year penance [[Crusade]] through the [[Tempest Hippocrene]].{{Fn|1}} In the last years of [[M41]] they fought with the [[Leviathan]] [[Hive Fleet]] where their [[Battle Barge]] ''[[Assiduous]]'' took a serious battle damages and Marines Mordant had lost two [[Space Marine Company|companies]] of battle-brothers.{{Fn|2a}}
