The '''Manreaper''' is a [[daemon]]icly possessed two-handed scythe, supposedly dipped in the filth seeping from the throne of [[Nurgle]], that can kill multiple opponents in one motion. Also its daemonic touch saps the will of the targeted squad. It is primarily carried by the [[Chaos Lord]]. The Manreaper was the [[Death Guard]] [[Primarch]] [[Mortarion]]'s weapon of choice, and others - including his elite guard, the [[Deathshroud]] - emulated his example. It is best known for being wielded by [[Typhus]], the Herald of Nurgle, both before and after his eventual fall to Chaos.¹
