Its host protostar bears no sign of the construct within it which is maintained is powerful machinery beyond that of the [[Adeptus Mechanicus]] to prevent it being consumed by the stellar core.{{Fn|1a}} Its construction was commanded by the [[Phaeron]] [[Ahmontekh]] due to his fears that his aeons long sleep would make him vulnerable to his enemies.{{Fn|1b}} This led to a staggering feat of stellar engineering and dimensional engineering made by the Dynasty's masons who bored into the fabric of the core to allow the [[Necron]] capital to be held within the sun.
