The '''Astartes Webber''' is a [[Webber]] used by [[Space Marines]] to capture targets or incapacitate persistent but innocent civilians. The webber offers a quick and effective means of incapacitating a fleeing assassin or a small crowd of citizens. The weapon fires masses of filaments, which expand to form a sticky, near unbreakable net. The filaments constrict as the target struggles, only further entrapping him if he attempts to escape. The webbing breaks down on its own and flakes away after five hours.{{Fn|1}}
