The weapon was discovered by the [[Deathwatch]], which then invaded Gruk's World, and in the battle that followed, Gruk was torn apart by the [[Redemptor Dreadnought]] [[Rahellion]]; the Doomzday Bomb was destroyed by the Dreadnought soon afterwards.{{Fn|1}}
