House Procon Vi is a Knight House of the Imperium. It is the premier Knight House of Procon1b and is sworn to fight beside the Imperial Titans of Legio Solaria.1a The culture of PAGENAME is dictated by the vast number of rites, edicts, and traditions, that govern the responsibilities of its Scions, many of which revolve around the honour and respect each individual owes to those above them. The family legacy of a Knight is as important to the House as their battle prowess, with noble families placing the art of warfare above all other subjects when raising their children. On the battlefield, courage in the face of adversity is the central tenet of the House; with death in the face of the defeat preferable to a life of cowardice. ==History==Linked heavily to the Legio Solaria in its history. Thecircumstances of the founding of Legio Solaria are based withinthe patriarchal traditions of House Procon Vi, for it was thoseancient rules that forbade Mohana Mankata VI, noble daughterof the Household, from becoming a Knight Scion. In rebellion against such ideals, Mankata claimed victory in acompetition between House Procon Vi nobles despite beingforbidden from participating. Her reward for such a rebellionwas banishment by her people, yet in turn she found a new homeupon the Forge World of Tigrus, its Tech-Priests so impressedby the noble’s skill that they instructed her to form a new TitanLegion to guard the planet.2 The newly-appointedPrinceps of Legio Solaria soon intertwined the fate of her TitanLegion and House Procon Vi, forging a concord between thetwo entities so that the latter would serve as vassal for the other. House Procon Vi amassed great wealth thanks to its status with Tigrus. By the start of the Horus Heresy, the House had some 447 Knights, with a great preference given to Knight Lancers and Knight Castigators. By contrast, it operated few Acastus, Questoris, Knight Magaera, and Styrix Knights. 215 of its Knights were bonded to the Legio Solaria while the remainder either stood guard over Procon or took part in the Great Crusade.2 House Procon Vi took part in the Horus Heresy and fought in the many battles within the Beta-Garmon System.1a2 During the Heresy, many of its nobles made vows to never return to their homeworld until a Traitor Primarch died by their hand, with none ever returning home alive.2
