It uses their advanced anti-grav technology to move swiftly across the battlefield, and is protected by powerful energy shields. It is armed with [[twin-linked]] [[Shuriken|Shuriken cannon]]s and [[Shuriken|Shuriken catapult]]s. Some Wave Serpents have been upgraded with additional armaments such as [[Missile Launcher#Eldar Missile Launchers|missile launchers]], [[Bright Lance]]s, and [[Starcannon]]s. Wave Serpents can carry up to 12 troops at a time.¹
