A [[Chapter]]-strength of the [[Traitor Legion]]'s forces then invaded, but the Dark Angels were able to recover. Soon the [[Order of the Broken Claws]]' [[Knights Cenobium]] clashed with the elite [[Justaerin]] and began reaping a fearful tally amongst the Sons of Horus. However the Dark Angels eventually succumbed to the Traitor Legion's superior numbers and dread weaponry of their [[Destroyers]]. Even as the [[Loyalist]] [[Space Marine Legion|Legion]] sent reinforcements to the garrison, the Sons of Horus withdrew from [[Advex-Mors]]. They had succeeded, though, in claiming the Dark Angels' proscribed [[Xenos]] relics, whose potency could turn the [[Horus Heresy]] in the [[Traitor]]s' favor.{{Fn|1}}
