He was among its forces that took {{Fn|1}} A devout follower of the [[Ruinious Powers]], Inzar had developed a strong brotherhood with the [[World Eaters]] during the [[Great Crusade]] due to taking part in their gladiatorial arena bouts. He thus led hordes of World Eaters during the final stages of the [[Siege of Terra]], reestablishing some semblance of cohesion as they marched towards the [[Eternity Gate]]. During the battle for the Eternity Gate, Inzar mocked his former comrade [[Horus HeresyKargos Bloodspitter]]'s after his defeat at the hands of [[Siege Nassir Amit]], displaying his apparent disdain for the World Eaters.{{Fn|1a}} However not long after following the defeat of [[Angron]] at the hands of Terra[[Sanguinius]], the World Eaters lost whatever sanity they had left and turned on their own allies. This included Inzar, who was cut to pieces by a frenzied World Eater demanding blood for the blood god.{{Fn|11b}}
