By the time of the battle for the [[Eternity Gate]], Grune was a heavily mutated monstrosity that had fused with her own [[Moderatii]]. However she seemed to be ind enial about this, and frequently hallucinated that she was in normal condition. She nonetheless had some sanity, and led the Audax in using their [[Ursus Claw]]s to try and keep the Eternity Gate from sealing shut. Later when [[Angron]] was defeated by [[Sanguinius]], she broadcasted a plea stating that the traitor offensive at the Eternity Gate had stalled.{{Fn|1a}}
