The '''Splinter Pistol''' is a [[Dark Eldar]] weapon and part of the [[Dark Eldar Armoury]]. It is, like its larger brothers the #redirect [[Splinter Rifle]] and [[Splinter Cannon]], a weapon which fires a stream of crystal shards which, even a small cut or graze, can cause immense pain. It is often carried by shock troops and, while smaller, its only deficiency is that of a shorter effective firing range. Like most Dark Eldar weapons, it can be fitted with a close combat attachment, usually a wickedly sharp blade designed to slash and stab at the enemy.
