Changes

On [[Sapiencia]], Adare was part of a fire-team that tried to infiltrate the [[hive]] of [[Oskray Island One]] via a breach in [[Oskray Island|the island's]] sea walls. The team was to have been led by [[Sergeant (Imperial Guard)|Sergeant]] [[Gorley]] but he was killed in an artillery bombardment before he could make it inside the wall and so command of the mission fell to Trooper [[Dermon Caffran|Caffran]].{{Fn|2}}

While on Phantine, he was one of the sixteen Tanith Guardsmen selected personally by [[Colonel-Commissar]] [[Ibram Gaunt|Gaunt]] for participation in [[Operation Larisel]]{{Fn|3b}} and was given command of team Larisel 3. After Larisel 3 successfully infiltrated the [[Blood Pact]]-held city of [[Ouranberg]]{{Fn|3d}}, they tried to make their way through the city by blending in with a work party of enslaved [[Imperial citizen]]s.{{Fn|3e}} However, [[Trooper]]s [[Brin Milo|Milo]] and [[Nessa]] were separated from the group and, while looking for them, Specialist [[Lex Cardinale|Cardinale]] was struck by a Blood Pact slaver with an [[electro-lash]]. This made him drop his [[aquila]] pendant and, when the slavers discovered it, they raised the alarm and unleashed [[cyber-mastiff]]s to track him down. [[Doyl]] and Adare were forced to break cover to save Cardinale from being mauled to death by the hate-dogs and this led to a firefight while they tried to get to safety. Ultimately, Doyl and Adare were cut down by [[loxatl]] [[mercenaries]].{{Fn|3e}}
