The entire meeting had been a ruse for her to gather them all in one place and in the battle that followed, after an Gilbarn tried to escape as most of his siblings moved to attack their traitorous sister. He then downed a [[AssassinCamoelean Elixir]], which allowed Gilbarn to blend into the chamber the meeting was being held in. As the fighting raged, Gilbarn used this to hide from the other Trueborn, as he slowly made his way to the chamber's attack left door, which would allow him to escape. Before he could do so, though, Gilbarn was spotted by Haera and she soon stood over him within . Panicking at the sight of her, Gilbarn tried to defend himself with a [[Stasis CasketStub Gun|Holdout Stub Gun]], but Haera bisected his skull with her [[Phase Sword]] before he could fire the weapon. The rest of the Trueborn in the meeting died soon afterwards{{Fn|2}} and with most{{Fn|1b}} of her siblings now gone, Haera was able to take command of [[House Helmawr]] and succeeded her Father as the new ruler of [[Necromunda (planet)|Necromunda]].{{Fn|12}}
