Convinced by his eldest son and heir [[Djoseras]] to banish his younger son [[Oltyx]] after a failed coup, Unnas gradually fell into the madness of the [[Flayer Curse]] and became controlled by his corrupt Royal Vizier [[Hemiun]]. When Oltyx arrived on Antikef in search of aid against a massive [[Imperial]] [[Crusade]], he was instead taken prisoner by Unnas and Hemiun and subjected to gladiatorial combat against various [[Xenos]].{{Fn|1a}} However as the Imperial Crusade arrived to bring ruin to Antikef, Djoseras arrived and overthrew both Unnas and Hemiun.{{Fn|1b}} Djoseras and Oltyx subsequently oversaw the evacuation of Antikef as they fought a desperate defense, and during the fighting Oltyx came across the now completely feral Unnas as he fed upon [[Human]] meat. Oltyx finally killed his father, but this time to put him out of his misery.{{Fn|1c}}
