In 997.[[M41]], the Farsight enclaves were assaulted by a splinter fleet of [[Hive Fleet Kraken]]. Farsight himself apparently returned to lead eighty [[XV8]] Battlesuit teams to drive the invaders back.{{Fn|1a}} The Enclaves next fought alongside the Tau Empire against the [[Imperium]] during the [[Second Agrellan Campaign]].
Recently, the Farsight Enclaves had found itself [[Invasion of the Farsight Enclaves|besieged]] by a large [[Ork]] [[Waaagh!]] led by the infamous [[Warboss]] [[Nazdreg]].{{Fn|4}} Farsight dealt with Nazdreg on [[Dregrokk]], but the Enclaves armies were soon drawn into the [[Arks of Omen Campaign]].{{Fn|7}}
