Around late it provides to the [[M41Sector]]/early .{{Fn|2}} However this has come under threat in [[M42]], due to the planet was mostly conquered world now being invaded by [[WaaaghWarboss]] [[Gargaz Teefgrabba]]'s [[Waagh! Gutrekka]].{{Fn|11c}} 

For centuries, Luteus Alpha produced materiel for the Imperial armies which fought wars It was originally invaded in the Armageddon Sector. This drew attention to the planet[[M42]], however, and it fell victim to a massive Ork invasion led {{Fn|1b}} by the [[Ogruk GutrekkaWaaagh!]]. Remnants of [[Astra MilitarumWarboss]] troops as well as a local [[Genestealer CultOgruk Gutwrekka]] continued who sought to offer some resistance, but claim Luteus Alpha became a ''de facto'' s [[Promethium]] for his [[Ork WorldOrks]].{{Fn|21a}} Shortly after his victory Gutrekka made One of these was [[Gargaz Teefgrabba]], who possessed a major mistake, however, when he stole the favorite [[Hairy Squig|Hair Squig]] that drew the attention of Gutwrekka. The Warboss wanted it for himself and stole it from Teefgrabba before throwing the Ork out of a flying [[Flash GitHeavy Bommer]] named [[Gargaz . An outraged Teefgrabba]] survived the fall, however, and then threw him out of vowed to reclaim his Mega-BombaHair Squig from the thieving Warboss. FuriousIn order to do so, Gargaz promptly ventured he needed to a find an aircraft that could reach Gutwrekka's [[GoffKroozer]] camp located near orbiting the [[Hive World]]. His search led Teefgrabba to fight his crash siteway through not only his fellow Orks, killed but also the various [[Imperial]] forces that had come to defend Luteus Alpha. This included the local [[NobAstra Militarum]], took command of his horde [[Tempestus Scions]], a strike force from the [[White Scars]] [[Chapter]] and launched an invasion the [[House Canorem]] [[Imperial Knight]] [[Horrik Canorem]]. Teefgrabba would also encounter the [[Cult of the still humanAll-held Seeing Emperor]] [[Genestealer Cult]], which had been residing in the Hive City{{Fn|1}} of World's sewers, and the resulting battle with them led the Cult to begin attacking the Imperium's forces and the invading Orks. Teefgrabba would later finally succeeded in boarding Gutwrekka's Kroozer, but the resulting battle within it caused the Kroozer to crash into Luteus PrimeAlpha.The two would survive the impact{{Fn|21b}} He intended to capture a spaceship there to chase after Gutrekka, intending to kill him and retake Teefgrabba reclaimed his Hair Squigafter defeating Gutwrekka in battle. He then declared himself to be the Waaagh!'s new Warboss and Teefgrabba is now continuing the invasion of the Hive World.{{Fn|11c}}
