Originally a [[Trueborn]] of [[Commorragh]], Nefertari joined a Scourge gang, then became a "bloodward" of the [[Chaos Sorcerer]] [[Iskandar Khayon]]. During a battle against the [[Greater Daemon]] [[Zarakynel]], Khayon saved Nefertari by binding her soul to her flesh after the death of her body but before it could consume her.{{Fn|1a}}
Nefertari and Khayon were close thereafter, and she faithfully served him and later she helped Khayon's allies [[Falkus Kibre]] and [[Abaddon]] for him and together with him. Everything she does is to help Khayon not necessarily Chaos. She also established a bond with While torturing [[Telemachon Lyras]] of the [[Emperor's Children]] captain [[Telemachon Lyras]] through their mutual love of torture even though she hates it made it so he likes her but him and liking her means that he wants 's begging her for him to kill herfor Slaanesh and to taste her and to make her bleed.{{Fn|1b}} Nefertari and Khayon cannot kill him because he's Abaddon's lieutenant.
Nefertari would later die at the hands of her fellow Dark Eldar, which would result in the Black Legion retaliating directly against Commorragh. {{Fn|1c}}
