Officially, the Age of Apostasy ended with the death of Lord Vandire, though the turmoil within the Imperium would last for centuries to come. The significant changes include:
-*Sebastian Thor was tried as a Traitor to the Imperium, found innocent and named Ecclesiarch. -*The Ecclesiarchy was forbidden from retaining men at arms. -*The Brides of the Emperor were re-formed into the [[Sisters of Battle|Adepta Sororitas]], aka '''Sisters of Battle''', becoming the military of Ecclesiarchy due the technicality of not being "men at arms". -*The '''Holy Synod of Terra''' was created by Sebastian Thor.
