The '''DX-6 "Remora" Drone Fighter''' are a type of small [[Drone]] fighter used by the [[Tau Empire]].
These machines were first encountered by the [[Imperium]] during a [[Tau]] raid on the penal mining colony of [[Typha-V]]IV. They are designed to be a stealth craft, being equipped with a [[Stealth generator]], and are typically paired with [[Pathfinder]] and [[Stealthsuit]] teams to provide support to these infantry forces. These ae are armed with [[Burst cannon]]s to fight aeriel opponents and two [[Seeker missile]]s for use against ground forces.
Due to their small size, the Remora are short ranged craft and need to be carried into battle underneath a [[Tiger Shark]] mothership or on the back of a [[Manta]]. These control ships are also tasked with commanding the drones; playing no part in the battlefield other then directing the drones into battle.
