In [[4th Edition]] and [[3rd Edition]] they are limbs which end in blades and points, often used as stabbing and slashing weapons. They are made of razor-sharp bone or chitin and often look like fused talons. They can be seen on almost any Tyranid creature with any form of morph able bio-structure.<sup>1-p31</sup>
