In [[Imperial Armour Volume One - Second Edition: Imperial Guard]] the home of Legio Venator is said to be [[M'khand]] but in [[Dark Heresy: The Lathe Worlds]] their home is said to be [[Opus Macharius]]. This could be a conflict but it is possible that either the legio moved homeworlds or they occupy them both. Or that the writers for the FFG books didn't read the Imperial Armour books.
The Legion's homeworld history changed again with the [[Horus Heresy]] series, when it is said that it was founded on the world of [[Arachnus (Forge World)|Arachnus]] with M'khand acting as a secondary fortress. However due to the events of the Heresy, M'khand remained the home of the loyalist portion of the Legion even after the conflict.{{Fn|6}}
