Its [[Genestealer Patriarch|Patriarch]] caused the [[Genestealer Cult|Cult]] to begin an uprising in [[M42]], after [[Bheta-Decima]] was struck by pieces of the [[Space Hulk]] [[Gallowdark]]. In the mayhem that followed the Space Hulk's crash, the Chittering Verse was able to overwhelm not only the world's [[Imperial]] forces, but also other factions that had drawn to it as well. Soon afterwards, Bheta-Decima fell into the Cult's grasp and the Chittering Verse began preparing the world for the [[Tyranids]] to invade it.{{Fn|1}}
