She is level headed in a crisis and Livia's willingness to take matters into her own hands has earned the [[Shipmaster]] the [[Chapter]]'s respect. This has allowed her to speak with just as much authority as the [[Blood Angels]] and Livia is not afraid to defend the ''[[Sword of Baal]]'', should they not be aboard it. She was later at the helm of an entire Blood Angels fleet, that was enveloped by the [[Great Rift]]'s birth. The giant [[Warp Storm]] damaged the [[Strike Cruiser]] and killed many of its crew, before only the ''Sword of Baal'' managed to escape back to [[Realspace]]. As the Strike Cruiser found itself stranded above the world [[Niades]] and Livia discovered she had lost her fleet. She now bears the weight of those lost souls heavily.{{Fn|1}}
