[[House Cawdor]] felt particulary threatened, being so intertwined with the [[Cult of RedeptionRedemption]],{{Fn|1d}} and the Thane of House Cawdor, Lord [[Mormaers]], was eventually chased away from the [[Palace of Bones]] by fanatical devotee of the prophet.{{Fn|1e}}. Thane Mormaer, having barely escaped the Palace of Bones, rallied [[Word-Keeper]]s and Cawdors to declare the Prophet a heretic under the banner of the ''True Redemption''. Mormaer’s army met the Prophet’s forces at the [[Waters of Soronous]] but was soundly defeated.{{Fn|1g}}

As the pilgrimage Great Pilgrimage reached [[Hive Temenos]], Cardinal [[Ahrmund]] opened the gates to the Prophet's followers, and after an initial fighting between the pilgrims and the local [[Enforcer]]s, The Prophet himself approached the Enforcers, causing most to drop their weapons and fall at his feet, kissing his hands in tears. Only Scrutinator [[Servalen]], a [[Blank]], remained unaffected.{{Fn|1h}}
