The military term of '''Sergeant''' is a military term used in denote a soldier who undertakes the command of a single squad of men. The rank of Sergeant is most commonly used in the [[Imperium]], by human and Imperial forces such as the [[Imperial Guard]] and [[Space Marine]]s. Rebel human forces and free [[system]]s presumably still use it, a link to denote the leader of a forgotten or regretful pastsingle squad. Other races make use various terms to represent the role of a similar system, but usually use a different name to represent their Sergeantsquad leader.
