[[Imperium Maledictum]] cites that the High Lords of Terra remain the twelve most important figures within Imperium even subsequent to Guilliman assuming the titles of [[Imperial Regent]] and [[Lord Commander of the Imperium]] {{Fn|40}}, whereas in [[Dark Imperium (Novel)]] [[Guilliman]] considers himself above them. {{Fn|25b}} Certan newer sources such as the the store page for Warhammer 40,000 Core Book 10th Edition and [[Imperium Maledictum]] also omit [[Guilliman]] in regards to ruling the Imperium, and only mention the High Lords of Terra. {{Fn|40}} {{Fn|41}}
