Originally a [[Trueborn]] of [[Commorragh]], Nefertari joined a Scourge gang, then became a "bloodward" of the [[Chaos Sorcerer]] [[Iskandar Khayon]]. During a battle against the [[Greater Daemon]] [[Zarakynel]], Khayon saved Nefertari by binding her soul to her flesh after the death of her body but before it could consume her.{{Fn|1b}}
Nefertari and Khayon were close thereafter, and she faithfully served him and later their allies [[Falkus Kibre]] and [[Abaddon]].{{Fn|1c}} The [[Emperor's Children]] swordmaster [[Telemachon Lyras]] became obsessed with her after being captured and 'remade' by Khayon's forces.{{Fn|1d}}
Nefertari would later die at the hands of her fellow Dark Eldar, which would result in the Black Legion retaliating directly against Commorragh.{{Fn|1e}}
