The names for portals are usually kept simple. The issue with apostrophes on this wiki is that on desktop if you enter an apostrophe you get ' but on mobile you get ‘, (your experience may vary depending on which device you’re using). This leads to problems with page names (and I’m not sure that you can have apostrophes in a portal name, anyway).
