The ship was attached to [[Indomitus Crusade Fleet Secundus]] with the objective to recapture the region around the [[Eye of Terror]].{{Fn|1a}}
Ultimately, after a journey through the [[Warp ]] and [[Webway ]] that saw much of its crew dead, the ''Judgement of the Void'' and its Captain Kiastros were manipulated by [[Tenebrus]] into handing him a shard of the [[Athame]].{{Fn|1b}}
