→Dreadnought Chassis
Although the exact chassis make used by Berossus is unknown, the publication of [[Dead Sky, Black Sun]] allows to infer it was most likely a [[Castraferrum Dreadnought]] pattern.
This chassis had been heavily modified over the millennia since the Horus Heresy, stated to have a “leering skull-faced sarcophagus” with a bronze [[vox-caster]]. It’s Its leg assembly had been substantially widened and strengthened to support heavy breaching equipment such as a piston driven [[siege hammer]] and an [[assault drill]] ringed with several heavy caliber cannons. Mounted on his back were four thick iron arms ending in a variety of picks, blades, claws, and heavy gauge breachers.
