The information detailed in the "The Forgotten One" section is inaccurate. Even the cited source listed (being Chapter 1 of The Red Tithe) makes no mention of Arkhas Fal. It only alludes to "The Forgotten One" in the context that he (The Forgotten One) is the one that sent the Chapter into exile. There literally exists, nowhere in the entirety of Warhammer 40k lore, Arkhas Fal being referenced as "The Forgotten One."
