It was systematically established and dominated by the [[Rogue Trader]] [[Sebastian Winterscale]], between 188 to 274.[[M41]]. The Realm still exists within the [[Koronus Expanse]] to this day, and it is also still ruled by [[House Winterscale]]. Although only partially explored, by any measure, Winterscale's Realm remains one of the most well-traversed and well-established areas of the Expanse. It is a prize to be envied and perhaps desired, as a target for conquest by many.{{Fn|1}}
