==Overview==
During the raid, the Kabal struck a Great Temple dedicated to [[Slaanesh]] and , slaughtered thousands of its worshipers and dragged many of them to their vehicles to be later used for the Archon's amusement. Afterwards the Archon himself, entered the Temple and cut down a [[Daemon]] that was guarding several ancient treasures, which he took. With the Temple ransacked and their holds filled with captives, Tchaeul ordered the Kabal to return to the ancient [[Webway|Warp Gate]], that had brought them to Adraith. Just as it seemed the Kabal had bested the servants of the Dark Prince, a large force of Slaanesh [[Daemons]], [[Daemon Engines]] and [[Chaos Space Marines]] appeared and barred their way to the Warp Gate, as they neared it.{{Fn|1}}
Eager to avenge With the defilement of their Temple, the Slaanesh force charged the Kabal, driven by ransacked and their lust for battle and desire to inflict pain.
