'''Sehalla''' was a Navy Captain during the [[Plague of Unbelief]], on the side of [[Cardinal]] [[Bucharis]]. Bucharis met joined with Sehalla on the planet [[Rhanda]] and they proceeded to conquer an empire together. He appeared to have a cautions mind as he stopped short of [[Bakka]] in fear of the empire beign discovered by the [[Imperium]] and ordered the retreat from [[Fenris]] when the [[Space Wolves]] fleet arrived. He protected his ships ahead of the other forces, and only dropped out of the warp to pick Bucharis up for the briefest amount of time before retreating again.
