Now a capital world, the Administratum naming would name the first Lord of or Lady Moebian as ruler of the systemtheir growing interstellar domain. The Great Crusade fleets would then go on to stabilise the Moebian Domain's borders, liberating and liberate any worlds found while. [[Komaris]] would be one of these liberated worlds.
