[[Forgefather]]s, [[Tech Marine]]s, or other [[Space Marine]]s who have studied the mysteries of the Machine Cult can sometimes be referred to as tech-acolytes also.{{Fn|4b}}This might be to refer to their initial studies with mechanicus, much like all of their priesthood's initial studies as a tech-acolytum.
