This artefact was brought back to [[Stygies VIII]] by [[Magos]] [[Explorator]] [[Isonovere Holt]]. She had slaughtered the sensor technicians at the [[Immacoris Watch Station]] orbiting the [[dead world]] of [[Klybo]] before obtaining the artefact from [[xenos]] ruins on the dead world. The explorator would eventually travel from the [[Calixis Sector]] to [[Hydraphur]] aboard her vessel the ''[[Tenebris Lucet]]''. From there she would travel back to her home [[Forge World]] where [[Inquisitor]] [[Balphus Grun]] had tracked her. After a series of eventswithin Explorator Holt's tower on Stygies VIII, the C'tan shard would be momentarily released momentarily and kill the Inquisitor alongside his [[Tempestus Scion]]s with ease, before turning . The Manubiarix would then turn to kill the individual that opened the containment device. The Manubiarix , however, it would be contained again within the Necron device before killing said wielder.{{Fn|1}}
