Added the end of the Barthusa's story line from the Nick Kyme short story in the anthology - Era of Ruin.
On Nocturne, Narek was confronted by [[Eldrad Ulthran]] who recruited the Word Bearer in his quest to eliminate the Cabal. Narek helped Ulthran kill several Cabal agents such as [[Gahet]], [[Slau Dha]], and [[Damon Prytanis]]. Afterwards, Eldrad allowed Narek to be on his way with a piece of the fulgurite. Narek was next seen rendezvous' with the Word Bearers, rejoining the legion while hiding his quest to kill Lorgar.{{Fn|4}}
Disguised as a traitor, Narek was able to reach [[Terra]], having accompanied the Word Bearers in the [[Siege of Terra|invasion of the world]]. After killing the group of Word Bearers on his landing ship, Narek stalked the planet in search of his primarch. He was still hunting for Lorgar by the final days of the Siege of Terra, unaware that Lorgar had been banished from the ranks of Horus' host.{{Fn|5}} Narek came across traitors and loyalist deserters during is hunt for Lorgar on Terra. Killing many traitors and almost dying but saved by the loyalist. He stumbled into a laboratory of [[Fabius Bile]]. Escaping the laboratory the last of the deserters were killed. He further walked on guided by [[Fulgurite]] to what he perceived was the location of Lorgar, but it was not to be. [[Erebus]] found him on the false trail, and killed him with the [[Anathame]] dagger. As Narek died his soul is potentially embraced by the [[Emperor]]. {{Fn|6}}
