Being given power armour and a Volkite Serpenta pistol, Cawl would be deployed amongst an Ordo Reductor Taghma in command of a number of thallaxii. Cawl would kill his first man, a Dark Mechanicum tech-adept, then repair a wounded Myrmidon Destructor after they saved him from a Night Lords battle tank. The extraction station of Trisolian A-3 would fall during this time and traitor reinforcements would be sent from there to Trisolarian A-4.1b

Only those with independent will remained active, being shot down or executed if they did not submit. Cawl and other loyalist Mechanicum members would be taken prisoner by traitor legionaries.
