What the Chrono-Cataclysm actually is, however, depends on who you ask on the [[Hive World]]. Some will tell you, that it is a plot by the [[Immortal Cult]] to bring about a [[Psychic Awakening]] of all [[Humanity]]. Others, a plan by the ancient [[Iron Lords (Araneus Continuity)|Iron Lords of the Araneus Continuity]], to free [[Necromunda (planet)|Necromunda]] from the yoke of the [[Imperium]]. Or that [[Rust Town]] was created by [[House Aranthus]], and that [[Bryen|Bald Bryen]] is in fact [[Bryen Aranthus]], last true heir of his family, and the [[Chrono Crystal]]s are intended to restore his bloodline by turning back time. Then there are those who say that is not true and that Bryen really serves [[Chaos|dark forces]], who are using the Crystals for some fiendish plot. Others rebuke this and claim that he is really an [[Inquisition|agent of the Throne]] and Bryen's true plans have already come to pass. If this is true, then they claim that everyone is now living in an alternative reality created by the [[Ordo Chronos]]…{{Fn|1}}
