'''{{PAGENAME}}''' is an [[Ork]] [[Warboss|Warlord]] who [[Battle of Ikara IX|led his hordes in an invasion ]] of the [[Imperium]] [[Hive World]] [[Ikara IX]] sometime after the [[Great Rift]]'s creation. {{Fn|1a}}  The [[Ultramarines]] later sent a strike force to defend Ikara IX, but when {{PAGENAME}} discovered that [[Primaris Space Marines]] were among the [[Chapter]]'s forces, he became determined to capture one of their [[Apothecary|Apothecaries]] in order to unlock the secrets of their healing and biology.{{Fn|1b}} Urgork's commandos were able to capture the Apothecary [[Polixis]], who was then brutally tortured by the Orks to break his spirit.{{Fn|1c}} Thanks to the efforts of the [[Chaplain]] [[Kastor (Chaplain)|Kastor]], Polixis was freed just as the Ultramarines and their [[Imperial Guard]] support advanced on Urgork's headquarters. Urgork engaged Polixis and Kastor in combat, with the Apothecary sacrificing himself to save the Chaplain by stepping in front of the Warboss' [[Chain Weapon]]. Kastor was able to kill Urgork, decimating the Ork horde and allowing for his own twisted endsthe Imperium to emerge victorious.{{Fn|11d}}
