Typically consisting of a squad of twenty{{Fn|3}} or ten Solar Auxiliaries led by a [[Sergeant]] and armed with accurate high-powered [[Lasgun_#Kalibrax V-I Pattern Lasrifle|Lasrifle]]s, Lasrifle sections were renowned for their discipline. In battle these [[Void Armour (Solar Auxilia)|Void Armour]]-clad soldiers would stand in multiple ranks, unleashing fire at incoming enemies.{{Fn|1}} While the image of the firing line was a celebrated one across the [[Imperium]], it wasn't the only way the Infantry Sections were deployed. They were also adept in fighting in loose formations during [[Zone Mortalis]] engagements or launching mass assaults across battlefields featuring the most hostile of planetary conditions.{{Fn|3}}
