Since that day, he has striven to live up to the expectations of his Ancestors and is driven himself to explore, soldier, and endure great hardships. Through it all, he has displayed uncanny good fortune that some have attributed to the aid of the Ancestors, while others attribute it to a specialized but obscure Cloneskein. Whatever the truth. this has certainly contributed to PAGENAME's longevity and many victories.1
PAGENAME is known to be ruthless to the point of cruelty, but his comrades simply attribute this to the pressure of knowing that one day his great duty shall come upon him. However amongst his Kin, he displays a gallows humor and down-to-earth persona that helps cover his colder side. They also conceal doubt that has gnawed at him since his earliest days, one that questions if the prophecy was correctly understood and if he can ever be ready for his destined task.1 Uthar has become impatient regarding unanswered questions of his destiny. It has become clear to him that whatever his fate is, he has been wrought to seize it rather than wait meekly for it to appear. This ultimately led him to depart the territory of the Vôrtun Kindred in search of his destiny. Deep down, PAGENAME is haunted by a worm of doubt which questions if the prophecy that heralded his birth was correctly understood or that if he will ever be ready to face his destined task.2 Over his years of service, he has served as High Kâhl repeatedly on Vôrtun's Votannic Council. His wisdom and authority extends not just to his Kindred, but the wider Greater Thurian League. This has led him to act as a war leader across other Leagues and lead armies of Kin across the span of the Votann. While he has left much of his Kindred behind in the search for his destiny, his circle of loyal companions have only grown. He has become more widely traveled than most Hernkyn, striking out from the core territories of his League. His followers in this quest have included not just Oathbands but entire Kindred's which have uprooted themselves to follow in his path and settle in a new region they hope is part of the Ancestor's grand design. It is said that his retinue has come to include Kin from over a dozen other Leagues, and many of these galactic nomads have become fanatically zealous in their loyalty to him and his quest.2 However, PAGENAMEs reputation is not purely positive within Kin society. Other Kindreds have viewed his actions as cruel, something that his followers have excused as an excess caused by the pressure of knowing the great duty that will one day be forced upon him.2 ===Known Exploits===*The Dreadstar Campaign1*The slayer of Gorbrak the Iron Beast1*Destroying the Escorts of a Imperial freighter convoy infected by a self-replicating technovirus so that its blight could not threaten Kin territory. Defenseless, the freighters were forced away into wilderness space.2*Unleashing COG-piloted metabolic toxin Torpedos on the Exodite World of Thorvaresh after the local Exodite Eldar refused the order to evacuate so that the Kin may harvest the world's resources.2
