It is a meeting point in the middle of the [[Great Equatorial Wastes]] and major roads reach out from the walled settlement to the edges of the [[Cinderak Crater]] and beyond. These link to the [[Bullet Road]] in the north and the [[Road of Bones]] in the south, as well as the [[Great Ash Road]] that rings around [[Necromunda (planet)|Necromunda]]. Because of this, Cinderak City is a gathering place for the [[Hive World]]'s population and the [[Guild of Coin]], [[Ironhead Squat Prospectors]], [[Palanite Enforcers]], [[Utarnos Mining Combine]], and the six [[Clan House]]s all have a presence there.{{Fn|1}}
