==Overview==
The symbol of the Drakeslayers is the Sun Wolf, who is said to dwell within the star of the [[Fenris System]], waking to attack every dawn.{{Fn|9}}
The Drakeslayers are known for issuing boasts and wagers during battle, such as who can seek the head of the enemy commander or wade through a sea of enemies without a wound. On the battlefield they are a fluid and gifted Brotherhood capable of incredible feats of strategy. They seek nothing less than to be recognized as the greatest fighting force of the Chapter. To this end along their endless boasts, they are also known to have zero tolerance for failure, which is brutally punished. Conversely success is rewarded, and as such the Great Company sports the most [[Wolf Guard]] after the [[Champions of Fenris]] themselves.{{Fn|8a}}
