Saint Messelina's opinions of psykers are a contentious subject in the present day [[M42]]. [[Historitor]]s argue about her attitude to [[Psyker]]s, while the keepers of her shrines insist she abhorred them.{{Fn|2e}} Something rarely brought up amongst the zealous, if acknowledged at all about Messelina, was that she herself was a psyker.{{Fn|3b}}
There is no mention of [[Ogryn]]s on in [[Caladoc]]'s "[[Life of Saint Messelina]]". Some think this might indicate that the vat-grown strain of Ogryn had not yet been introduced to the [[Moebian Domain]] at that timeduring Messelina's lifetime.{{Fn|2g}}
