As its name would suggest, the Guilliman Inferior is mentally, intellectually, and spiritually inferior to the real Guilliman and is referred to as a "child's idea of a [[Primarch]]". While brave and bombastic, he is also capable of stupidity by the standards of Cawl, and has a number of idiosyncracies that are discordant with the actual Guilliman. Like its predecessor the [[Cawl Inferior]], the Guilliman Inferior is aware of its status as an artificial being.{{Fn|1}}
Kept deep within the bowels of the ''[[Zar-Quaesitor]]'', Cawl only seems to use the Guilliman Inferior as a figure to converse with. Though Cawl doesn't consult Guilliman Inferior often, he does find it to be a useful instrument in preempting Roboute's emotional reactions.{{Fn|1}}
