[[Inquisitor]] [[Lyon]] instigated a purge of Lethys's [[Planetary Governor]] and his household after his aide, [[Mason Burke]], corrupted him into the worship of [[Chaos]]. During the purge Lyon would confront confronted Mason in the Governor's palace, shooting him in the head and causing him to fall off of a balcony. Though Lyon had the palace's grounds searched, Mason's body was never found.{{Fn|1}}
