While most Necrons only have flashes of memory to their time as flesh-beings, they still have inherited many of their cultural aspects. This includes epic plays of historical dramas. Since becoming Necrons, the audience of such performances no longer food or sleep, nor do they age. Thus have [[Cryptek]] playwrights constructed ever-longer dramas which now can last for over a decade.{{Fn|17a}} These dramas serve to not only preserve their own history but also serve to combat perhaps the greatest enemy the Necrons now face: boredom over the long millennia.{{Fn|17a}}
