A '''Power Stake''' is a weapon often used by [[Witch Hunter]]s of the [[Inquisition]].{{Fn|3}} This [[power weapon]] is a solid rod of iron sharpened into a stake at one end and housing a [[power field generator]] on the other. The length of the rod is inscribed with warding runes and sigils.{{Fn|3}} Upon striking a [[psyker]], or similar creature of [[warp]]-affinity, it will be set ablaze.{{Fn|1}}{{Fn|3}} Being a long iron rod that is sharpened at one end, as well as charged as a power weapon, it is also an effective weapon against non-psychic foes.{{Fn|1}}
